The fastest way to find out if you are eligible for MCAP is to call MCAP at (800) 433-2611. You can call Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. You can also call Covered California at (800) 300-1506 or apply online.

MCAP is available to people whose household income is above 213 percent and at or below 322 percent of the federal poverty level.
